Working Principle
SF6 density relay is SF6 gas pressure through temperature compensation to display the density of SF6 gas, the product in the use of temperature range at any temperature indicates the pressure value is the pressure (density) value of room temperature 20 ℃, when the equipment is filled with rated pressure of SF6 gas, SF6 gas by the temperature of the pressure value of the corresponding change, then the product temperature compensation device will change the value of The temperature compensation device of the product will compensate the change value, so that the pressure value will remain unchanged. Installation and use
1). The relay must be installed vertically on the interface of the equipment, and the explosion-proof cap on the shell should be loosened by 1-2 turns so that the inner cavity can be connected to the atmosphere to avoid affecting the accuracy.
2). The relay must be installed with a wrench in the connector. It is strictly forbidden to rotate the meter head to fix it.
3). Relay should be slowly lift the pressure to prevent damage to the relay.
4). When the relay is not in use, the temperature compensation is in a non-temperature compensated equilibrium state, and the pointer changes with the ambient temperature. When the temperature is lower than 20℃, the pointer is higher than 0 bit line. When the ambient temperature deviates from 20℃, the pointer deviates about 0.02 Mpa. per 10℃. When the relay is filled with SF6 gas of rated pressure value, the relay will work at the value corresponding to the relationship between SF6 gas density and pressure at 20℃.
